Day 1: Marrakech to Ouarzazate

We'll start our day early, leaving Marrakech before 8 a.m. Our Marrakech To Fes Desert Tour 3 Days takes us through the High Atlas Mountains, where you'll be amazed by the rugged beauty and towering peaks outside your minibus window. As we wind through mountain roads, we'll stop at a few small Berber settlements for some photos before reaching Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. This fortified village is stunning, with its ancient market squares and merchant homes. A guide will lead us through its historic streets, which have been used as backdrops in many movies. After exploring the kasbah, we'll have lunch at a local hotel before heading to Ouarzazate. Here, we'll tour the movie studios and see where famous films have been made. The historic kasbahs and golden landscapes make it a popular choice for filmmakers. You'll feel like you've stepped back in time as you explore the clay structures of the kasbahs, and you might even spot a Hollywood film crew at work. After a day filled with adventure and sightseeing, we'll return to our hotel for the night.

Day 2: Ouarzazate to Merzouga Desert

After breakfast, we'll head southeast via the "Road of a Thousand Kasbahs." Along the way, we'll pass through Skoura Oasis and the Rose Valley, known for its beautiful rose gardens. Then, we'll continue to Dades, a lush valley with charming small villages scattered along the road. Not far from Dades, we'll reach Todra Gorges, where you can take a walk along the impressive canyon walls and admire the rushing freshwater below. After lunch, we'll pass through Arfoud, known as Morocco's fossil village, before reaching Merzouga, where the real adventure begins. We'll ride camels across the vast sand dunes of Erg Chebbi to our desert camp, stopping to enjoy the breathtaking sunset along the way. There will be time to rest and take photos before some local musicians entertain us with a drum show around the campfire. At night, you can stargaze since there are no city lights around. We'll spend the night in the desert camp.

Day 3 :Merzouga - Midalt - Ifrane - Fes

On the last day of your Marrakech To Fes Desert Tour 3 Days, wake up early to catch the beautiful sunrise over the desert. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before hopping on a camel to return to Merzouga, where your driver will be waiting for you. Leaving the desert behind, we head to Rissani Town, once the capital of Tafilalet. Rissani hosts a bustling souk on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, where you can experience local trade. After exploring the souk, we visit a petrified marble workshop in Erfoud. Next, we stop for a scenic view of the Ziz Valley as we follow the Ziz River. Lunch is on your own in Midelt. Our journey continues to the cedar forest, home to Barbary Macaques. Feel free to interact with them and even offer them some food. From there, we move on to Ifrane, often called the Switzerland of Morocco for its snowy landscapes and alpine-style houses.
